I am not religious.

If on the other hand we encountered aliens who *did* believe in a god named Yahweh, or Allah, or some other god known by us on earth, then I would believe that god exists.

Here is what I think. If God created this... everything. There are all those
stars with all those planets floating around them. I think
it's likely that God has done this human experiment somewhere else.
