I honestly do, as there are so much in our universe that we don't know about.
I had an really creepy experience when I was younger and saw 2 of them standing in the room. It was unmistakable as their heads were huge and their bodies were skinny. Accompanied with unusual flashing lights with colours I've never seen before. I honestly don't know what happened that night. But I do believe there is life out there.

There is zero evidence that life exists anywhere in the universe except on earth. And, since even highly intelligent scientist have been unable to create life from non-living matter, the probably of non-living matter with zero intelligence may be 1 divided by infinity; that is zero but not impossible since it has occurred at least once.
In any event it is extremely unlikely that other advanced intelligent life capable of creating radio waves exist in our galaxy and especially any alien life more advanced than humans. If they do exist, where are they? Furthermore, for the last 40 years astronomers have searched the skies for alien radio waves and none have been discovered.
With our current technology, human travel to the stars is impossible. However, at the current rate of technological advancement, we likely will have that ability within the next 100 and certainly within the next 1,000 years. Once we achieve that capability, it will take less than one million years to colonize our galaxy. Since one million years is an extremely brief time compared to the life of our galaxy, either there is no intelligent life more advanced then humans or else we are the first develop our level of technology because any alien life 1 million years ahead of us would have already colonized our galaxy.
And, considering the life time of our galaxy, the probability of two life forms developing our level of technology at the same time is close to zero. Almost certainly, they would be millions years ahead of us or millions of years behind. However, we can be near certain, none are ahead of us in technology or else, where are they?

30 years ago, they're actually were some experts who were convinced that only our solar system contained planets. Then in 1992 the first exo planets were discovered orbiting a neutron star. The same thing will happen with alien life.
Its too much of a coincidence that the precursors of life, amino acids are found to be ubiquitous throughout the many plethora of meteorite samples that have been analyzed worldwide.
The other huge mystery that has essentially been solved, is the origin of Earths water and oceans. Its now been Proven that the oxygen isotopes, unique to water on earth, has been identified as originating from the Kuiper belt.
Water, H2O is also ubiquitous throughout the cosmos in either solid, liquid, or gaseous form, depending on its environment. Hydrogen is the most abundant element in the cosmos. Oxygen is the forth most abundant element.. When the Phoenix lander scooped up some soil in the Martian polar regions, it exposed water Ice just beneath the surface. Due to the rarefied air pressure on Mars, the Ice sublimated, ( changed from a solid to a gas). Hydrogen is continuously escaping from the upper atmosphere of Venus. In the distant past, as the water evaporated, the oxygen atoms were absorbed into the rocks of Venus while the hydrogen continues to escape into space. Its just a matter of time before primitive single celled alien life is discovered. Sentient intelligent life is going to take at least another century..
In 1996 a survey was completed that attempted to identify extremely advanced alien civilizations, by examining the optical, infrared, and selected regions of the electromagnetic spectrum, in the adjacent galaxies neighboring the milky way. Known as the Kardashev survey.
It was assumed that advanced societies would probably be silent in the radio aspect of the electromagnetic spectrum, while being obvious in certain optical wavelengths. These would represent level two civilizations. Looking for infrared emissions, that would be difficult to explain from natural processes.
Kardashev level Three civilizations, would hypothetically be so advanced, they would be able to artificially evolve the structure of their home galaxy. By rearranging their galaxies stellar cartography in such a way as to maximize the energy consumption with little to no waste.
After careful data analysis, it was concluded that the survey was sterile of any alien presence. No mysterious infrared emissions that could be interpreted as artificial in origin, no ancient radio emissions, no optical anomalies. We I read that, I thought that it was more profound than discovering that the Universe was ubiquitous with sentient alien civilizations.
The most important data that's not available is knowing how long the Universe has been capable of supporting sentient intelligent life. All we currently have to go on is our solar system.
The very first stars that existed, were known as population three stars. They were nothing like the stars that exist in the spiral arms of the milky way. The only material that was available to create the first stars was 90% hydrogen gas, 5 % deuterium, 3% helium, and 1% lithium. With one percent heavier elements. This was what was created during the big bang. Known as big bang nucleosynthesis. 99.999% of all the hydrogen in the universe was created during this process. Without the abundance of hydrogen in the universe, there would be no stars, and no life.
No life could have existed during the era of the first stars. There are groups of stars that orbit the milky way in highly eccentric orbits. They're known as globular clusters. The stars that reside in them are known as population two stars. They are characterized with having a very low metal signature in there spectral analysis. They're orbits around the galaxy is analogues to the way objects in the port cloud orbit our solar system.
That brings us to population three stars. The main characteristics of these stars is that they are born in stellar nurseries embedded in the spiral arms of modern day galaxies.
Using the Hertzprung Russel diagram, allows us to at least attempt the range. No population three spectral class G2V Red giant stars have been discovered.
That means that stars like the sun have not been around long enough to leave the main sequence. So, the starting range is less than 5 billion years ago.
So, lets be liberal, and assume the universe has been capable of supporting sentient intelligent life, not 9 billion years after the big bang like our solar system, but 8 billion years after the big bang.
That gives the first civilization 1 billion year of a head start. Thats more than enough time for any civilization that survives that long, to colonize the known universe. Since we see no evidence of that, then the oldest civilizations must be substantially younger.
Every time throughout human history that we placed man at the center of the universe, we have always been Proven wrong. Not narcissistic, just naive. A lack of understanding.
Im still convinced that alien life will be discovered within the next year. If the James Webb space telescope is healthy when its primary mirror obtains first light, it will be able to detect methane, oxygen, and most important of all the chemical composition of air pollution. That would be the unmistakable empirical evidence proving alien life.

How do you suggest that is possible? The most distant galaxies are over 13 billion light-years away and if the speed of light is the limiting factor to traveling to other galaxies, they would be twice that distance before any civilization could reach them; let alone colonize them.
However, no doubt a billion years would be enough time to colonize all the nearby galaxies.
I talked with an F-15 driver years ago who told me about chasing a radar target like this at over 1000 knots. He had just started to get close to it when it suddenly just zoomed away from him at doing well over 2000+ knots with instant acceleration.
Well, from inside the cockpit of a fighter, wearing a helmet, you don't hear much (with the exception of when you are refueling from a buddy pack). So, I'm sure he didn't hear anything.
Yes pretty sure my mom descended from them as she has the same funny shaped head and rare blood type. We have heard a UFO fly over our house and saw the lights when it landed in the woods of my backyard. As it went over the house our power went out and phones wouldn't work. The weather that night was clear so there's no other reason for the power/phone situation. The house shook so much that's what initially got our attention and I ran upstairs to hide with my parents lol After awhile the power worked again I checked social media to see if anybody else in the area heard or saw that, they didn't. My dad even texted the neighbors asking them but they didn't have anything odd happen. We live in the rural farm area so our houses are far apart.
I can imagine that life exists on other planets too. We can't be an exception. I also think that you hallucinated when you were young. It is not that uncommon when young kids hallucinate. I also saw two skinny green faceless people on a balcony while my parents did not see it etc. Then i realize i am the only one who saw these creatures. Lol
I believe they exist. This universe is too big for us to be the only living things here. Also, believing aliens exist does NOT contradict the Bible. The Bible is instructions for humans while on Earth. If aliens show up with powers greater than we comprehend, this also DOES NOT contradict the Bible. God commands us "Thalt shall not have any other Gods before me". What this means is that God is number one. This also implies other beings exist that could be viewed as gods but they are on a lower level than THE God of the Universe. The reason I address the Bible argument is because I am a Christian myself and many other Christians have tried to argue that believing in aliens contradicts the Bible.
I do, simply because this universe is too unbelievably vast to only have humans as an intelligent species. An that is just the observable universe. This solar system is like a grain of sand in the desert compared to the billions of other systems out there, many of which have planets capable of sustaining and evolving life.
Whether the aliens are technologically advanced, or if they've visited here is a matter for debate however.
You hear about that one body found in New York and there was an odor coming from it like it was real but nothing more was said, things to this day are all hush hush about that body but the Government won't say anything, What about these people who are buried with their cell phone when they pass away and the family keeps the cell phone in service and all sudden they get phone calls from that cell phone and people call it bull Sh*t but it's happening, I'm sorry I believe there is another life and there is life after death trust me my dog passed and for the longest time I smelled her doggie odor and I know her soul was visiting me and I believe there are other people just like us and their lives in many places you see them, people, once and you never see them again I would never walk alone at night unless I was carrying a small handgun or a club of some sort too many creepers out there and I believe Aliens exist they can come in the forms of people who look exactly like us
Yes, there could be as many as ONE TRILLION planets in the milky way galaxy alone! There could potentially be as many as 20 billion earth like planets in the milky way. Absolutely, there is sentient intelligent life elsewhere in the galaxy. We haven't detected them yet. Probably won't for at least another century. Single celled alien life, that will be detected very soon. Within the next year probably.
Of course, they exist!! it'd be utterly stupid to think otherwise! With all that intergalactic real estate out there, how can WE be the ONLY thing in the entire universe? Also, I've seen a couple UFOs. The one LOOKED like a star but, starts don't cruise along very slowly and then suddenly take a sharp right turn and zip completely out of the sky in half a second!!

It's 9 pages and can basically be summarized like this: 1. There've been quite a few observations of objects or phenomena that are not immediately explicable. 2. There are likely varying explanations for them. 3. These could be flight safety or national security issues. 4. We need more time, energy, money, and resources to analyze further and to collect new and better data.

I think they exist, but not in the form we insist where there is alien ships with actual aliens piloting. I think what we have been seeing since the 1950's when jets started chasing these orbs, are some kind of drone-like ball that may be from alien country just to watch and study us. Maybe an anal probe for those they don't like.
I don't know if there are aliens but I do believe there are other beings out there. I mean they discoveries that have been made can't be by pure coincidence or accident. Weapon grade plutonium or radiation that can heat good. Now we have cars that drive by themselves and rockets that can take off and land on their own. Humanity might think they are leading the way but in all honesty, I think humanity is being led.
Do I believe in life on another planet? Absolutely.
No I believe that aliens from outer space have visited earth? No, I do not.
The technology involved for interstellar travel, no matter how advanced the civilization, is so complex that the expense involved in traveling to earth would make it ridiculous for an alien species not to announce itself.
I don't care how many people living in trailer parks claim to have been abducted and probed, I don't buy into it.
I also find it incredulous, that an alien civilization capable of visiting us, after traveling trillions of kilometers, taking an unimaginable amount of time, in order to study humanity, and the entire biosphere, would decide to go to a trailer park in bakersfield, in order to obtain a specimen to return back to their world. The poster child for a ludicrous decision.

I do. Its basically down to math. Even if only 1 in every billion planets can support life, and if only 1 in every billion of those planets could produce intelligent life. That still leaves billions of potential civilizations in our galaxy alone. Let alone accounting for all the trillions upon trillions of other galaxy out there
There has to be life elsewhere in the universe even if it’s millions of light years away. I refuse to believe that we are the only lifeforms in the universe.

The government has announced, that they believe alien does exist elsewhere in the universe. They have not admitted or disclosed the possibility that sentient intelligent life has visited us in the past, or are visiting us now. The scientific community agrees with this disclosure.
All of the supposed UFOs are just government air crafts caught when they shouldn't have been. No aliens exist in our solar system, except as bacteria at most.

Of course you have several layers to go through. Hence how a meteor that comes down to earth and gets pretty much dissolved before it ever reaches us. Myth busters did an episode of an enclosed space that they kept pumping CO2 in. They got to about 72,000ppm before they made even a minuscule amount of change. Then they said. This proves Global Warming. They didn’t say 72,000ppm in the video. It showed on their screen of the air being 7.2% CO2. The air outside now is.04% 4% CO2 400ppm. Then there’s the part of where it solely benefits people on their taxes. Do you know about Carbon Credits? Are you able to entertain this from multiple perspectives to see what I’m talking about?
That's a decent rebuttal, but what you fail to realize is that Myth Busters has an hour to illustrate things. So, to show the effect of CO2 in the atmosphere, they need to expedite the situation so that you can see the effect inside their time allotment. However, Earth isn't limited to 60 minutes. The sun is continuously dumping energy into the environment and some that that energy always radiates back into space It's all part of the "heat balance" of Earth. However, greenhouse gases - gases with 3 or more molecules - are able to capture some of that energy that would have otherwise radiated into space. This slowly alters the heat balance leading to higher temperatures over time.
Try to think about it like this... Imagine Myth Busters is trying to prove that getting under a blanket keeps you warm. What they might do is have two thermometers - one 5 cm above your belly and that will be between your legs. They have you lie down on your back without a blanket and with your legs spread and then take temperature measurements after a few minutes. Then, they do the same thing after they put the blanket on. What they will notice is that the thermometer above you would not significantly change or may even go down slightly. But they will notice that the thermometer between your legs and under the blanket will definitely go up. This shows that blankets trap heat which causes temperatures to rise. Now, Myth Busters would use a real blanket to show this. However, now imagine that the blanket is a 0.1 mm thick layer of tissue. It's not going to insulate much. Add another 0.1 mm thick layer of tissue. Then, add another 0.1 mm thick layer of tissue. Keep going. Sooner or later, all those layered tissues are going to add up to a real blanket.
That's what's happening. Myth Busters added a "blanket of CO2" to show global warming a 60-minute TV show. Humans are adding the "tissue layers of CO2" continuously.
The thing is, we've only been broadcasting our existence for approximately a little more than 100 years. That means there's an artificial spherical bubble with a radius of a little more than 100 light years. A British think tank recently came up with a hypothesis, that suggests the milky way galaxy is probably home to approximately 36 sentient, intelligent, alien civilizations. If that is correct, then each civilization is separated by approximately 17.5 thousand light years. Which means that the only ones that knows we're here, is us.
We are just barely beginning to become aware of our immediate surroundings in our solar system. We haven't even begun to see a profit with our exploration of space. Our radio telescopes can only identify artificial signals, just a couple of light years distant. We have a long way to go.
30 years ago, planets orbiting other stars was just a theory. However, everyone assumed that this couldn't be the only solar system in the universe. Then in 1992 the first exoplanets were discovered orbiting a neutron star. Alien life is in the same situation. We just haven't discovered it yet.
