They probably do exist, whether they have visited us is a different matter. There are so many stars and planets out there that there must be some life forms, but it would be very difficult to travel to a star system because they are so far away.

Most UFO sightings are probably explained by natural phenomena, a trick of the light or camera or the military testing secret weapons. What is interesting however is alien abductions because those have lots of credibility that they are from a highly advanced species not from this planet but people can make this stuff up.

But perhaps they have technology and knowledge that we just don't yet understand hence why they are able to travel here and bot be picked up by our own space surveillance

Do I believe in the existence of aliens? Sure. With the nearly incomprehensible vastness of our universe, it would be foolish to think Earth is the only planet with life on it. Whether that life has human-like intelligent or not, who knows. But have I seen anything that I would consider concrete evidence that aliens have visited Earth? No, I have not. I'm not impressed with any "evidence" that has been presented yet.

There's gotta be something out there. The universe is infinite so to think only Earth has life is just odd in my opinion. Now that doesn't mean they have spaceships and stuff. Aliens could be like slugs on another planet or their version of like fish or something.

Aliens are inevitable, the universe always has patterns and that pattern including just one planet with life is unrealistic. I don't know if they actually visit us, I don't know how close or far they are but they exist. Same with interdimentional beings, those i do know people have had contact with.

The universe is larger than imaginable, and there are many stars which have planets around them. Even if life exists on just 0,0000001% of those planets, then the universe has a lot of inhabited planets. But due to the large distances in between, the chance of interplanetary contact is very small.

It is a statistical impossibility for them to not exist. There are trillions of solar systems in the milky way and trillions upon trillions of galaxies. And people REALLY think we are alone.

Yes actually. There are microorganisms in space and they're considered aliens. Also there are plenty of earth-like planets found. There could be life in there. May not or maybe an intelligent life form but they're still aliens.
