I think both outer space and interdimensional is extremely likely.
Doesn't mean I think the UFO's are alien though.

there's stuff out there like the compact fusion reactors of lockheed martin which are probably being used in aircrafts we know nothing about. And those test flights are probably what some of the military planes who just conveniently happen to have suitable recording equipment are seeing. They probably want those pilots to observe the craft without telling them about it.

Yes, since there's around 300 sextillion planets in the universe. How can we be alone with so many planets? How can ours be the only one that developed life?

Than chance we are alone in this huge universe is close to zero. We are just lucky and are ones of the first generation of intelligent beings because our mother supernova created lot of elements beyond iron which are rare in universe but necessary for life. Most stars still breed those heavier elements and our universe will be most suitable for life in 30-40 Billion years.

Yes. There are hundreds of billions of planets just in the milky way, and there are again billions of galaxies. You can't tell me that we are the only ones out there. It's mathematically almost 100% guaranteed.

Yes ex- gov. workers hav said UFOs exist. However I can't say I believe 100%.
