What are your thoughts about dreams (the ones which we see while sleeping)? Are they weird or logical?

They're interesting to me. Sometimes I get tempted to write them down quickly when I wake up since they often have very interesting environments and characters that I might be able to use in something I create.

Mostly I like how they feel and sound. It's something I tend to find easier to capture in music or drawing than in writing.

Mine often seem to sort of "echo" and so I try to capture the feeling using a heavy delay and reverb effect like so:

I used to be an amateur game developer as a kid doing the art, music, writing, and programming (mainly because I couldn't hire writers, artists, and musicians). So I used my dreams as inspiration for content to add to my games.

a bit of both, but mostly weird. i don't see how a serial killer chasing me around would really be considered "logical" LOL, but at the same time some dreams can have some meaning to them i believe.

I have also seen those weird dreams and also screamed like anything as I would get so scared.

i never screamed, i just couldn't ever react in my dreams for some reason

@lrina I had screamed with such intensity that my mom got really scared and the next day my throat was aching really bad.

I have also experienced it so whenever it's logical I try keeping it in my mind.

I'd say both, dreams are not entirely irrelevant and can show how you may really feel/think about something.
