All kinds of things, knowing there’s a child going to sleep with an empty stomach and cold while I’m laying in a comfy bed with device in my hand that connects to me to everything and everyone. I think wow, people have access to all these things and we complain about so much bullshit.

Work, both my day job and my company. Im at a crossroads and I can feel it. I also am the primary bread winner for our home. I feel like Im on the verge of something big in my own company and also there's been a lot of changes at my day job.

Insomnia caused by working night shift for too many years. Now a lot of times I can’t get a normal sleep pattern go on unless I take melatonin.

When I am trying to solve an urgent situation or conundrum I sometimes postpone sleep but it’s not a regular thing.

Also just being really hot at night. I overheart and sleep warm
