What keeps you awake at night?

Yes, this question was inspired by @Simslover92. I worry about the condition of out public schools. I teach at a local college and many of my students cannot do simple math or write at a 5th grade level. I worry about the future of my country.

I sleep very well.
But things that concern me the most are:
- Unavoidable toxins in our food, air, water and soil. The poisoning of humans and all life on the planet.
- Destruction of habitat and mass extinction.
- 5G radiation.
- SMART (Self-monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technologies) anything. I don't want to be monitored or have my activities analyzed and reported.
- The threat of CBDC (central bank digital currency) and elimination of cash.

Depends.
It could be a friend who is upset about a relationship. I might be thinking of ways in which to help.

Unfortunately one of my serious problems is that I over think!
It’s a bad thing to do simply because it drains you in many ways, but I think that we are all guilty of it too a certain degree!

Having a soon to be husband that works in law enforcement. Also worrying if we have a son that follows his footsteps 😞 My aunt has that situation and stays awake at night wondering who she should worry about more.

Not much keeps me awake at night I'm a pretty sound sleeper. If I'm traveling the next day, I often sleep in several short naps, waking every 30 minutes or so, afraid I'm going to miss my flight.

I often can’t quiet my mind before bed. The topics of interest are many and varied. Most recently i have been wondering if it’s worth it to take a 21% pay cut to go back to work.

Nothing. The only time I'm awake at night is to complete excess reports I didn't get to finish during the day.
