are these people working at 5 years old? I mean that's when they teach you how to wash your hands and you start to learn proper hygiene, anyone above that age should know how to properly wash their hands. On a better note, why don't you just make your own food if you're such a weirdo about this?

I've seen once a waitress at macdonalds who used the toilet for to much (maybe pooping) and she doesn't either washed her hands

Anyhow, you should refrain from eating out so much anyway, it's unhealthy besides many people are not clean people not just about using the bathroom but in general, poking their nose, sneezing, touching things, scratching their head.. etc. One should only eat out when it's absolutely necessary, otherwise just make your own food. Or go to a place where you can see while they make your food
