What would happen if you honked at a police car?

Out of anger I mean.

For example, you neither know nor care that the vehicle is a cop car. If a cop doesn't go at a green light, or inadvertently cuts in front of you, you honk for 40 seconds out of anger and give the cop the death glare and even shout "move your ass!" or "watch where you're going you fucking asshole!" to him. And if you gave a cop car the middle finger...

Would the officer be defiant, or would he just drive away?

Maybe someone like that should consider anger management? They could pull them over just to waste their time. They better be legal on the road and with no issue with their vehicle.
