Found this strange looking big can anyone identify it?

Looks like a "June bug". They eat the leaves of other plants and are generally annoying bugs in early Spring. They're typically at their peak in June in the upper midwest of the US, hence, their name. At night they can be found up against the screens of windows with lights on in the house.
