—Emotion is a Qualitative term that arise suddenly or spontaneously and can not be quantified. Description is not Quantification
    whereas
—Atom is a Quantitative term that have Mass or quantity
    therefore
    —Incongruity makes the question nonsensical.

      So, no emotions for atoms?

You are treating an Atom as Person.

Resting Mass is measured by the Energy as the Sum of Resting States (Mass, Motion, Energy) function.

“Emotion” for an Atom could best be measured by the amount of Energy produced.

Well, people are also made up of atoms, but they have emotions.

Atoms are not People. People are defined by the word Being. People have Soul/Intellect, Mind/Mechanistic CPU, and Body/agent for Doing and expression of Soul or Intellect (philosopher dependent).

People are Adam rather than Atom.

So, you mean there is something that is non-physical about people? Like spirit, something like that?

Yes, Spirit is the correct wording.
Some people like to call it an “Inner Being” or “Knowing Of”.
Some people like to describe it as Intellect in that we have it or our 🧠 could not process anything and our bodies would be without work, doing, and void of purpose.

That's the most sensible answer to my question. Some people who don't believe in the spirit and soul, want to forcefully relate emotions to our physical body and brain!!

That begin from Evolution, Freud, and Rogers and have arrived in expressions such as Self-create, self-start, self-actualizatio, self-concept, self-identity, and eventually Moral Relativism absurdity. There is Truth and there is Wish which is grounded in ANYTHING but an absolutely, Absolute.
—There’s lots of people living their lives in a state of Wish. Evolutionist is one of those. The Gender movement is a Wish state that flies in the face of absolutely Intelligent Designed definition of Male and Female.
—The Atom and Genetic 🧬 Code are supreme examples of an Intelligent Design grounded in organized complexities rather than an “an explosion 💥 into a sudden complexed Intelligent Designed

good question to ponder, haven't thought about it and I have no opinion.
raises the question what are emotions and what are the base level they exist?

I highly doubt it; they wouldn't even have distinct elemental properties- those basically stop at the psuedoatom level.

My next question is, if atoms, which are the smallest building blocks of our body, do not have emotions, then how can we have emotions?

The same reason that any other facet of a complex creation can arise from simple components: an object affects the metarealities of the things that emerge from or near it, without necessarily possessing it themselves. Amoebas don't possess eyes or fingers or languages, but we do. Magnify that by a factor of a zillion or so, and it'd be even MORE pronounced.

Well, if you think about it, if you give zero possibility for an atom to have emotions, again it doesn't matter how many atoms sit together, it's like multiplying zero by zero, you get zero at the end.

Only in the same sense that adding single cells together will never create multicellular life.

Again this is another question for me, where does consciousness come from? As we know these cells again, are made up of atoms which are not consciouss, no matter how many of these cells atoms create and then they sit together, again there should be no chance that we get consciousness out of it!!! How is it that some lifeless units of a structure can suddenly make that structure alive?

Why do you assume that aggregate attributes can't exist?

I don't say that they can't exist. But they cannot come out of nowhere. Complex structures can have new properties, but these properties are what their building blocks have given them. For example, if two atoms of H (hydrogen) connect to an atom of O (oxygen) , they can never make CF4, they can only make H2O. And yes, H2O is a new combination with new properties, but its H2O, not CF4. The combinations only inherit the properties of their own building blocks, their new properties are only new, in the sense that they are a combination of properties!!

I base it on the fact that "you can't drink water from an empty bottle". It must contain water so that you can drink of it. Consciousness is the same, you can't get it from something that doesn't have it!! Because things do not come out of nothing!!

By that logic, multicellular life can't exist- yet demonstrably, it does. How much more evidence do you need? You can't predict the characteristics of an ocean from a molecule of water, or an atomic explosion from a pseudoatom of uranium.

      Your fundamental premise is mistaken.

Why do you have to necessarily conclude like that? Why don't you say that life is there, but not because of matter? Maybe life comes from some hidden unknown parameters that are not material but are a source of consciousness!! And it makes sense, "you can not drink water from an empty bottle", you can't get life from something that is lifeless. I also believe that "concsiousness" exists and we are conscious as human beings, but I can't understand why I am forced to assume that the source of this consciousness is my physical body, which is made up of lifeless atoms that can't learn, can't do experiments, can't discover laws of physics and can't do so many things that human beings do!! Maybe there's some parameter that is beyond our physical body. Isn't it absurd to believe all of this comes from chemical reactions and electric signals that deal with nothing but lifeless atoms and electrons!! Seems like fantasy to me.

Well, if that's the case, why is it that we have emotions as human beings? As we all know, the smallest units that make up our bodies, are atoms. If atoms are not sentient, then how are we sentient as a whole? It's like you have bottle that contains no water, but you can somehow drink water from it!! Crazy!! 😂
