looks like the bear is either singing or venting while strolling along.. not thinking bout anything else , then yeh got spooked, that sure happens to me sometimes.. but, not from a bear...

If i lived there, I sure would move that flag somewhere else.. and be cautious.. I was opening the back gate once, and there was a couger right there!

That's kind of awkward. I usually want to try to feed or pet stray animals but it might be bad to teach a bear to get so close to humans. I also don't think I can keep it for a pet; it'd probably mess up my house too much.

Normally my instinct is to feed it; maybe put a food bowl outside. But I'm not used to a bear population at all wandering around our neighborhoods, only stray dogs in Singapore and stray cats here in Japan.
