What can I do to feel more confident?

What do you do when you are feeling less confident?

I haven't had much issues in confidence so this is just something of an assumption. It really depends on what you perceive to be "wrong" or inferior about yourself in comparison to others.

- If you feel like you're not attractive enough physically then improve it through a healthier and well balanced diet and working out. Even if your face looks like someone hit it with a frying pan doused in acid you can still improve your overall physique.

- If you consider your personality or ability to do something to be lacking then you should step outside your comfort zone into a setting where you can work on changing or better those parts about yourself.

- If you have no real reason to lack confidence but you still lack it regardless then I'd assume your perception of others is way too high and your perception of yourself is way too low. Not sure what the reason for that could be since there are many possible alternatives but finding it should help you fix it.

To feel more confident I always tell myself what’s the worst that can happen. Sure they’ll laugh at me I’ll laugh back by next week a different news. You’d feel way worse not trying something out especially when you’re good at it because you’re shy. As opposed to being embarrassed by doing it. At least you’ll know you try. So just do it don’t think twice so it. Have at the back of your mind in the next 5,10,20 years you’ll look back at that moment and laugh ☺️
