Do you think the Batman hook gun could be real in the year 2030?

The one from the movie? We could've done that thirty years ago. All you need is a spring mechanism, like you'd find in any Nerf gun, just stronger. Then a metal hook, a length of rope, and a motor to retract it. It'd probably be bigger and a bit clunkier than in the movie, but it'd work.
