Yes, at least once.
My cousins were in town from Indiana in the late `70's and we decided to go to a haunted house a few miles away. To enter, you go to the back of the house and into the basement door. There were two steps up to the door and, as soon as you get to the top, some guy dressed as Frankenstein gently pulls you in and then blasts air into your face. As soon as he did, I blacked out completely!! I have no idea how I managed to do it but, by the time I woke up, I was up on the third floor and felt hands grabbing at my legs from both sides of the wall! At the end of that walkway, we turned a hairpin left, saw two or three scenarios on the left and were guided to a window where we had to jump out. Under the window was a long tarpaulin chute to the ground in front of the house.
From the time I set foot into that house in the basement to the time when those people were grabbing my legs on the 3rd floor, I have NO idea what happened to me!! I DO have a VERY vague memory of being guided to a set of stairs in the basement up to the first floor but, that's it!! I was out for the rest of the trip!!

I was knocked out with a sucker punch once. I also passed out and went into a lengthy coma after being hit by a van once.

Yes, I fainted once and another time was knocked unconscious in a vehicle accident. I don't recall being unconscious from the accident, but I do from the fainting incident.

Yeah one time... I had a problem with my stomach / colon and I got this crazy.. CRAZY pain for multiple hours it felt like I was going to explode from the inside.. They told me to use some pain killers until I go to the hospital but I refused because I don't like them and I don't like going to hospitals and seeing other patients.. Until my body ran out of energy and I passed out luckily on my bed... Woke up 8 hours later good as new and I don't feel a thing... I was really grateful

Yes, twice, both times I was in the emergency room with one of my sons who was getting stitched up for some sort of conflict at school. When they were done with him, I got up from the end of the gurney table, walked half way across the floor and passed out.

In college, in the shower a couple of times.  I remember having crawl to my room, lol. If i wanted to take a hot shower I'd have to leave the door open and it'd have to be super quick.

I did at least two times from epileptic seizures but I grew out of it as my body began to mature.
