What part of the face do you look at when staring at a person?

I’m sorry if this question seems a bit weird but lately I’ve been noticing more often than not people constantly stare at me. I know this question seems a bit silly, but which part of the face do most people who stare look at? Do they look at the general face or the eyes of a person?
