It's a house centipede. They look ferocious and can move extremely FAST. However, they do eat other bugs, including spiders.
I generally don't let them live in my house when I find them. In fact, EVERY bug IN my house has a life expectancy of about 30 seconds tops when I find them. If they're OUTSIDE, they get to live.

i see those all the time. I think it's just called a millipede. I seriously doubt they're harmless. I usually try to catch them in a cup or jar and then take them outside and let them go. Sometimes, they catch me by surprise or in a situation when I can't catch them and I end up killing them but, I doubt I've ever killed more than 3.

I don't know what it is but it looks like a silverfish with really long legs
It's a house centipede. They are good luck. They eat silverfish ants and other house bugs.
They actually help you get rid of other bugs in Your home.
