How would you describe your dream house?

My dream house would have a beautiful garden and patio in the yard, maybe some specialty stones and a pond, I also want a spa room for acupuncture or massage treatments, decorated with gorgeous French doors and a medical mattress, and a sun room for exercise and tanning, would also like to have a wooden basement for cooling purposes and would like a kitchen that directly gazes out to the garden. Also want an upraised TV room with an elevated ceiling above and I want the walls to be decorated with pictures of olives or pears or avocados, maybe a party room with video game like decor in the carpeting area and some commercial games as well as private tables for pizza parties.

3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage. Modern interior, rustic elegance exterior. And the inside is just mindblowing. Definitely not the usual homestyle. But ima try to get it wll done for anywhere from 280k-350k. Land included

Did you see Tony Stark's mansion?
I don't want a big house. 3 bedroom, 2 floors, 1 office, a dining room, kitchen, living room, 1 car garage will do. Basement as mancave is just a bonus.
A simple garden. I'm ok with plants, not with maintenance.
I want a modern, automated one.

Blinds open and close on schedule.
An "AI" that I can talk to to order food/groceries, check weather, find stuff...
Lights can be automatically controlled.
Windows can be closed via wireless mechanisms...

So far, I have the... lights. LOL.
