If and when you feel down and out take of your shoes and socks. Go out side and walk in the earth's energy field. by the way that is energy that is 1 foot from the ground up it will refresh you and I just love the feeling

I wear socks because no matter how much sweeping and floor cleaning we do, stuff still gets stuck all over my feet and my feet turn black. If the floor could just remain without anything then I would like being barefoot

Yup. Indian, bare feet, all over the house. Feels connected to the earth. Feels good. I do not like to wear those sandals or whatever people wear at home. Feels like I am not connected to this earth.

No, I use a nice pair of Nike Air sandals inside & have another older more worn pair right outside my door, inside what I call a shoe hut. I made it myself & even shingled it; it's like a doghouse for shoes but can be closed & it's smaller.
