How would you feel if Zombie Apocalypse broke out?

I have been watching Zombie stuff lately. Few days ago when our Cafeteria gate was closed and we were inside Cafeteria my mind was wondering "What if they closed the gate to protect the kids in Cafeteria from Zombies?". I was worried as Cafeteria was underground and I was thinking how to save myself and my friends. And how to reach my home with my bestie safely as my home is 5 mins drive far from school and near.

Honestly I would be like why? Why did this happened? I would go hide in School Kitchen or Super market.

This is one of our go to drinking conversations and we have it fairly well covered over the years, it is fairly well finessed.

Our go to location is Bamburgh Castle and if things go bad, a back up location of Lindisfarne castle (which is at sea and accessible only at low tide via a causeway.

How would you reach their safely?

@apulu_imback it’s about a 15 minute drive.

We have horses available, Land Rovers, a shit load of shotguns, axes, tomahawks, crossbows and recurves, compounds, even long bows. Then the armoury in Bamburgh is designed for zombies and peasants.

@apulu_imback there are about 70 castle sites in Northumberland, some better than others.

Alnwick (Hogwarts) is good but too far inland, Bamburgh is on the coast, it has a number of fishing boats very close, dead ground to clear and mine.

It’s also within reach of a couple of military camps and armouries.

It just decided on how bad the outbreak is and where it is. I would definitely get some type of sword or axe to defend myself instead of guns and I will probably try fly there before everything gets too crazy if not I would try to get a boat with some supplies and sail there

Surprised, I don't think that a zombie apocalypse is possible. They are too slow and too dumb for them to fully take over; if they ever exist.

They can run fast and once they are in a group then they can surround a person easily. They are very sensitive to sound. Literally can catch you breathing.

That is only in the modern iterations. Zombies wouldn't be able to run any faster than the person who became a zombie. Plus they are likely to get leg injuries if they do run as they don't focus on where they are going just on what they are going after. Then any injuries wouldn't be able to heal so they would become increasingly slower as the injuries pile up. As for hearing, it also wouldn't improve from becoming a zombie.
