With the new Iphone 16 you will be able to delete text messages after sent, how many embarrassing situations would this have saved you in the past?

The thing is drunk texting is a thing,

you send it, deleting it only works if it’s not been read.

a few Applications allow for deleting messages but it’s sort of late if they are read.

Also accidentally sending to a different contact will still Happen.

it probably gives a 1-2 minute window lol.

Years ago my girlfriend and I had one of those sex sessions where clothes are hurriedly taken off and indiscriminately thrown wherever they may land. When we were done we couldn’t find her panties. About 10 min after she left I found them and sent her a text to let her know I found them.


I sent that text to my mom by accident instead.

Nothing it’s up to the receiver to delete the messages and she can do it now. One time her mother read a couple things it was embarrassing of us fighting
