I always think things have happened when everybody around me says that they haven't. Can somebody explain what is happening to me?

So, for about a year, i've been thinking that things have been happening, but when I bring up the topic, they have no idea what I am talking about and look at me like I am crazy. For example, I was 1000% sure that I sent an email to someone but then checked my emails like i usually do and I double checked any mistakes in my email because I'm just like that and nothing was there. There was also this one time when I sat next to someone in class and went to sit in the same seat the next time and they said that I sat by somebody else last time but i was certain that I didn't. I also had a shower today but everybody said that I hadn't and that I need to go again but I definitely went and they know that I even told them so that they wouldn't tell me to go again and so that it wouldn't waste my time and water. Also, some unexplainable things have been happening like I was in my bedroom watching TV and then I hear an electric toothbrush in the bathroom. At first, I ignored it, thinking it was somebody else in my family using it. However, it was annoying me so I went to see who was in there and nobody was there. I realized that everybody else was downstairs watching a movie and i was the only one upstairs with an electric toothbrush going and stopping when i open the door. I also swear i put something somewhere like where i always put it because for most things i have a specific spot where i put things and then i can't find it there and it ends up somewhere i never put it. There are many more examples but i wouldn't be able to name them all and my hands are hurting for typing and writing all say. I think that i am actually going absolutely crazy and i can't figure out why. Please help me, i'm stressing so much. HELP ME.
