It’s called the Dark brotherhood no Female can become a ninja in the dark brotherhood. But females can Learn different Arts and crafts and get paid lots of money. And your only allowed to serve the brotherhood for 20 years
Males get to serve there entire life if they so wish.

Yah you can be a blacksmith You would also have to do cooking and Hand wash the ninjas clothes. Plus you don’t have to pay to learn things the ninjas don’t have that option. They have to steal and pick lock Chest and doors 🚪 and find stuff so they can use that as payment to learn things.
But Samurai have lots of Cool and valuable stuff
Rings that are forged out of gold Heads that are crafted out of Gold that kind of thing. And there are hotspots the ninja master shows the Ninjas where Samurai keep There most prized possession.
Ninjas have Stolen many gold coins and even many Ruby.

My brain 🧠 but if we’re talking about The actual ninjas. They had powers such as invisibility walking on water and control over natural elements. And could even swim without making noise and walk on mud without leaving a foot print
They did reconnaissance
espionage
infiltration deception
ambush and bodyguarding
And they know ninjutsu
A fighting style
But yeah

Females Don’t have to pay to learn how to make stuff.
They just have to learn it then make it and sell it to other ninjas. Lots of ninjas want To Buy or give items to the camp master so they can get new weapons and stuff.
