I probably could never collect anything because I tend to get rid of things that I feel like have just been collecting dust. 😂

It's more like a maintain collections, rather than collect. So I have some collectibles that were passed down to me.
One collection that stands out is my late grandfather's boxing trading card collection from the 1930's until the 1990's. He made complete sets, and kept a bunch of posters and fliers from the matches he watched. Some Rocky Marciano, Joe Lewis, and a ton of stuff from Sugar Ray Robinson's fights. My grandpa traveled a lot, and watched a bunch of Sugar Ray's fights. Said he was the greatest fighter he's ever watched.

I have had salt and pepper collections, Barbie dolls (still have 3 that are worth $). Collected boyfriends (just kidding) though I was seeing 4 to 5 at one time in my life. Yes I have been around 'the block' as some would say. Have also collected stuffed animals my collection grew over the years, at last count I had well over 50 they took over my living room couch. I donated them to a pre-school years ago when I was moving out of my apartment into a studio next door to where I was working at the time.

I collect music - largely on CD though I do have quite a bit of digital music as well (as part of a DJ music subscription). I have roughly 3300 CDs, plus a good amount of vinyl - much of it is redundant but some of it is 12" mixes that haven't been released on CD or digital.

I collected coins when I was a kid. Other than a few very rare and error coins that are worth thousands of dollars, I had every Indian Head and Wheatback penny struck by the United States from 1856 to 1958. I still have them somewhere, but I haven't seen them in years.

I kinda collect stuffed animals, but not a lot - I've just kept ones that are significant to me.

I'll probably collect glass pieces for weed, but for now I'm not really buying any more. Eventually I want custom pieces.

I collect boots/platform heels. Big gothy boots, platform boots, combat boots, pleaser heels/boots etc.. all black. I have a bookshelf specifically to display them. I currently have 7 pairs that I’ve collected over the last 2 years.

I do the same thing. I hate having excess stuff around me. So if i collect it has to be of value to my life. For example i have a lot of silk tops. Its a collection because i had to go out my way to get them and they are rare as in most people dont wear silk or at least not very often. Also i got them at a low price whereas usually silk blouses are probably quite expensive.

Coins, but I haven't added anything to the collection for years. They're mostly American silver coins from the 1960s and older. Oldest one is an 1857 penny. I'd like to get a Trade Dollar, but they're about $1000 for a really nice one.

@Bob92220 - I have maybe 2 Peace Dollars and 2 Morgan Dollars, but I prefer quality over quantity. The Trade Dollars came out before the Morgan Dollars, but a worn-down Trade Dollar might still cost $100. I prefer a better Trade Dollar, but they could be hundreds of dollars. Those old Buffalo nickels wear down really fast, but I ended up getting a nicer one with the date still on it. I'd rather have that than 10 worn down Buffalo nickels.
