Okay, nearly everyone must have had a new year's goal at the start of 2022. What is its status right now? Is it still active or left in between?

My goal was to let go of the past and learn to live in the present, and so far... well, the result has been kind of mixed. I've succeeded to some degree, but there's still a lot of work to do.

The thing you can do right now is to be more realistic than you were before and set the goals again for the remainder of the year.
And be practical and realistic with your goals.
Don't overestimate yourself and over burden yourself with unrealistic time constraints.

Your basic assumption is wrong... at least for me. I never have a new years goal. Goals are too hard to achieve... I just do things that I like to do.
