What is in your life that motivates you to get out of bed every morning?

Honestly, what the other guy said.

The simple fact that I'm still alive.

I feel obligated to keep trying if I still choose to live, because I know if I really wanted to end things then I would.

Just gotta get the gun and blam, it's over, but as along as I'm not at that point then I tell myself "well, there must still be something worth living for" even if I don't know what that something is.

Don't get me wrong, I think about suicide a lot here and there, but... yeah. For me I just feel like thinking about it and actually going to do it are two different sides of the spectrum.

I feel like you really gotta have enough of life to actually do it and I'm not there yet.

What motivates me is not letting the abuse I suffered from my mother and sister. I've come along way in my healing process but still I have extreme anxiety from the abuse. I refuse to let that stop me from getting up everyday and being the best person I can be! I live with my uncle who adopted me when I was 13 and has been with me everyday since then from the times of me waking up from nightmares and him staying with me until I fell asleep again. So the fact that the abuse I suffered from my mother and sister as bad as it was, I refuse to let it take over my life and let them win!!
