Question ( for anyone who’s been in some form of rehab ) how can you earn day passes/ cell phone time and how often are those given?

I know not all rehabs allow this but for those that do and whoever has been to those ones that allow them, what was your experience with day passes and phone time?

Would greatly depend on what you are in rehab for and if it’s voluntary.

it tends to be risk based decision on impact on the individual and their road to recovery or to a change in how they are.

He’s been in there for a couple months now

The other things is of course, is he actually in rehab

He In rehab detox facility it's called adult teen challenge its a rehab they do church service too

Give the rehab a call and ask them is best bet

I'll try but I do have a little anxiety cause I don't wanna be too intrusive

You don’t have to ask about a specific person, just similar to this as to expected contact with those on rehab.

Also if it’s a few months then and this is first. Then it’s not really intrusive

Update it was his birthday today I had anxiety but I called and his I guess mentor or whoever picked up and I asked the questions I was wanting to ask he answered my questions, kinda forgot some of the answers though sadly. His mentor said he’ll tell my friend to call me back though ( which he hasn’t ) after his dinner job ( he’s the head chef there ) and talk to me and plan a day or whatever when I can visit. And this was around 7 pm.
I hope he calls sometime soon, I miss him.

Depends what kind of rehab you’re in tbh
