Maybe once or twice a month? It's not always for work either, combination of workload and marriage and children and other obligations can snowball quickly. It's important to allow yourself some personal space, and we're both very good about doing that.

I don’t. I can’t afford to. Maybe in like a month or two I can but until then I am a little crispy around the edges and burnt out. Although in April either on Good Friday (if I don’t have to work) or Easter Monday I’ll probably fuck off for the day. Take my dog maybe drag the roommate and her dog out to the mountains for a hike.
I do it from time to time. Usually twice or more every month. But i take care of my mental health every evening when i get off from work. I meditate and do other things to help me de-stress and get rid of negative emotions because my mental health has been at the lowest point for awhile now
I take mental health days a lot more than I think I do… and will just randomly call out of work. Because I need to. Haha! But I love just having a day where I don’t leave my house and make myself a giant breakfast and then watch some show until noon. It’s the best. Haha!

I don't have mental health issues so I don't need to take 'mental health days'. Fortunately I'm in a job where I can just fuck off and see a movie in the middle of the afternoon if I wanted, which I did last week. But that's not because of mental health and more I'm lazy as fuck and don't want to work.
My mental health is powered by C19H22ClN5O or Trazodone.
Honestly never. I’ve never heard this term till I started working in the medical field w mostly women. They’d cry, complain, sit there frustrated, another nurse would say you need to take a mental health day. I thought it was the stupidest thing ever, but if it helps them it’s their choice. I just work. I’m off 7 days every two weeks so I don’t think there’s a need for a “mental health” day.
As someone who's obtaining their masters degree in clinical mental health we're advise too. However, with the work load we receive we're unable too, so unfortunately we'll burnout quickly 🙁
I don't. I don't let drama or crap from others bother me. I'm not cold hearted, I just don't care about BS from others so they don't affect my mental health.
never. i'm still going to school so i can't exactly not go to school to take a break, but when i had covid i didn't go to school for a week and my dad said i seemed happier- that was a well needed break though.
do you realize mental health days are only for the privileged few? there are a lot of people out there who want one but can't have one.
never, and its bad, always remember, rest is the most important part of work. I keep on working, but it's stupid, because, you get all substandard output, a real waste.
Almost once a week. My logic is, if I die, my job will simply replace me. So I refuse to sacrifice my overall wellbeing for a job that I'm ultimately just a number to.
Not enough days. I need to go far away from all people, have my own farm with the wife, but still want my PC and internet. I feel more relaxed when i am out in the nature.
Has to be everyday with me. I've just been watching Adventure Time again to help me.
Once a month - I make sure I've zero responsibilities, where I focus solely on myself and my well being.
I used to work for he state so I had plenty of sick time. I used to take mental health days a lot. Some days I would just take a chair to the beach and have lunch by the ocean.
Almost never. Time off is always more enjoyable overall - but creating value at work pays the bills and builds faster to financial freedom.
On my off days i usually just exercise and take a long stroll, or just catch up with family. I think simple things like these make a difference to my life
Never
I've never even heard of such a thing doubt my boss would give me any time off for it either he'd say "suck it up buttercup work is your break from all that shit"Not often enough. Probably 2 or 3 times a year.
Every once in a while. If I get to the point where I feel I'm burning out I'll definitely take a day or a few days and just shut everyone out.
I rather work on my physical health whenever I feel like I'm forgetting things after not even a minute. Eating and drinking healthy and sleeping enough and then meeting people or chatting.
I don't take it any where. Why, Does it need to go for a walk?
