I don't think most guys are consciously aware of stress - or almost never. Instead you might feel symptoms and depending on the work schedule/situation they can be ignored. If you have the luxury of a job with flexible hours it could translate into taking a 2 hour lunch sometime... or doing less hours BUT in no event will the guy take a pay cut or get less of what the employer cares about done.
If a guy is conscious of stress it's probably already 20 times whatever stress women complain about.
Just my pov.
I absolutely do now. I used to work high stress job in management working 50-60 hour work weeks, morning, noon, night, overnights. I was on call every single second of the day literally with a walkie talkie, had to deal with stuff coming at me from all sides. I would come home exhausted and completely drained of any energy. I had no life, just work. When I left, I needed to take a long break and come back to myself and I vowed that what I needed to do most was respect myself and my own time. When I clock out, I'm off work, not answering work calls, or doing work things. I am relaxing. I am doing things I enjoy. Sometimes that involves taking an occasional day off when things get too stressful even beyond that because if you're not at your best, you can't do a good job anyway.
Yes I need to. i get pto from job and every year I put a request in to have a week off. I had vacation back in July and I'm taking a few days off for my birthday. Everyone needs time off to breath every once in a while, non stop working every day would kill and becomes physically draining. Makes you feel lile you're on hamster to wheel. Sometimes two days off just doesn't cut it anymore so that's when pto comes to the rescue lol I think all the working we do everyday has been slowly killing our society, people are more tired and stressed out then ever before.
I make sure to take little breaks here and there, every single day... and I do reach from to time about these things...
basically, I don't let things build up, don't bottle'em up anymore...

Could have made it a poll. It would be close to 100% yes.
You’re right. I thought about it after lol
Nope. If you can't handle your job then you should find a better one which is less stressful for you, it'll be better in the long run.
i'm taking a week right now! i can't stand the bullshit that's happening right now. unfortunately i cannot remove myself from a text message group chat of coworkers/ex coworkers who left making fun of other coworkers and just acting straight up miserable. thank god the last complainer is going to put in their 2 weeks soon so i'll have peace!
Nope, once in a while I would take a mental health day from work. It really was just a way for me to goof off.
well aren't you a therapist who likes to bully people here?
and according to you, only cute white girls deserve the best mental health support? loool. i think ALL people are human. but you live in some church bubble that finds that notion offensive. Your pastor is a Nazi, perchance?
At least you know yourself well. That’s 8/10 of ability to Succeed 👍. Welcome back before holiday fourth quarter
I actually took one yesterday 😅 I don't take them usually. Well, unless I feel overwhelmed or I'm going through some stuff.
No. As I take breaks, and recharge within them.
Only people with medical mental problems don't.
No matter what I'm doing I take mental health breaks
Oh yeah, instead of paid vacations I just have a nervous breakdown once every seven years or so.
Yeah… I mean, it’s sort of a necessity at a certain point.
I do this all the time and it's very important that I do it. With a kind of work I do it would be easy to get burned out
Part of adulting is sucking it up and pushing forward. So no--no mental health breaks. Vacations suffice.
Yeah sometimes
Yeah I'm on a long one right now and don't intend going back
Adults don’t get thise
I think we all need to at some point.
I try not to make it a habit.
Yes absolutely
no *sniffles* not allowed
Yes I do and everyone should too
No u cannot, life goes on
