Is a large Rottweiler good for a woman too?

My uncle's male Rottweiler is 4 years old by now. The dog has already been socialized with all of us and others, including small kids too.

The thing is with me and my sister, it gets too happy when we approach the park. It's heavy, gets in front of us and nearly drags us. I'm just a 5'4 woman (120 Ibs) and my sister is smaller, 5'2.

I know he's very friendly, very playful and too sweet but I'm worried about this:
What if something scares him (animals get scared too afterall), it drags us and we can't control it. Next thing is either my uncle or one of us is going to get fined or get in trouble. Overally is a large Rottweiler good for a woman too?

Yeap just take it for obedience training. I have two of them.

He's always on a leash. Yet, he's too strong and it pulls the leash, pulling us with him.

They are considered aggressive breed animals.

As overly aggressive dog, whether happy or angry, is not a good situation. I will not allow them in rentals.

He likes everyone, even cats. We never saw him scared or aggression but yes now I'm worried about it and wondering what if something really scares him and neither me nor my sister can physically restrain him. He's too heavy and powerful for us.

That is the reality of it and I am a big dog guy. I stick to labs, goldens, and standard poodles... You are in a very difficult situation... be thoughtful :)
