Do you use roadside assistance services?

I've had an auto club for many years but I've only used it once. It's due for renewal late this year but I'm probably going to drop it. If your car is less than 6 years old and you know how to change a tire, the money is probably best used elsewhere.
Your auto insurance policy may cover roadside assistance or it can be added. I suggest investigating that option. If you travel a lot an AAA membership can get you better prices at hotels and many other benefits in addition to roadside assistance.
I've had AAA for a few years and used it once to jump a dead battery and another time to fix a flat tire. It's cheap and I feel mostly worth it for peace of mind but I get a ton of junk mail that comes every week because of it.
I think you should renew it if you live in an area where it's actually useful.

I don't use roadside service, now if you don't know how to change a tire then you should probably continue to pay for the service. I'm not saying this as a sexist remark cuz I've met many many men that don't know how to change a tire either
If you have a backup for when you have a flat or breakdown, let it be.
If you EVER drive at night and don't have a loved one that can save your butt when you're in trouble... it's reassuring that you won't be stranded all night and vulnerable.
I have used this a couple of times when I have broken down.
I have AAA I like to get the free maps and route services and used the towing twice in 20 years
I would if it was offered and I could afford it
yes... better safe than sorry
