Yes. They are formed in the same manner as a normal rainbow. BUT - With a ROY G BIV rainbow, the sunlight is bent through whole raindrops, each of which acts like a prism. WIth a white rainbow, their are no raindrops- the light passes through a fog, or "micro mist"- or even certain types of pollution- but the fog/mist particles are so small that they really can't bend enough light for that light to be perceived as a color- so it remains very, very, very faint or just plain white.

no lol tho I've heard they exist some are even caused by the moon they are called moonbows
