Two good things: Walk or Do cardio for 40 minutes 4 times a week and develop a habit to build your mind that you do four times a week such as doing a paint by numbers, or a puzzle, or a sudoku game, or learning a free language using free digital software, or downloading a piano app on your phone tablet to learn piano, or sewing clothes for the homeless or the poor.

Bad Goal: Pig out at a buffet restaurant during a birthday party or spoil a girl you like with expensive gifts.
