There are three things every person should do in their life: plant a tree, write a book, and have a child. This quote is attributed to Cuban poet José Martí.
Have you done any of these? All three? None?
And why do you think it's important?

Omg hi! First of all thanks for this beautiful question because I have never heard of this quote before but I'm surprised. I have been volunteering in a reforestation project and last year we planted 2400 trees in an area that suffered from wildfires in spain. It was one of the best experiences of my life. And I'm working on my book which I already finished but I'm editing in a decent way, hopefully I will publish it when I feel ready. About third one, I'm too young for it now but I definitely want to have a family with a child one day!
I had my child I always wanted since I was 6 years old❣️
I fell in love (not just love but IN love) before I died❣️
I lived to be 70 years old so far so my son still has his Mom❣️

life is too interesting and long for only those three things...
I wrote fictional stories but then lost it. I never wrote about myself in a journal. I have bunch of plants but never planted a tree. I like children and will adopt after 2-3 years. So, I guess I haven't done anything with my life yet 😭
You've gone at least half way. Potted plants are a valuable alternative. They may actually last longer than a free standing tree someone might think of pulling down to make room for a house, a road or something else.
Shame about the fictional stories. You don't have them in paper form?
I've planted a tree, I've written a book but yet to have a child.
I've written for several publications but have yet to become a paperback writer and have planted at least one tree.
Did all three!! It's cathartic, hopeful & affirming
Get married, have a child, live a happy life.
and then... what?
I try my very best not to leave so much waste, but it is nearly impossible... lol
