Both. I hate waking up before 9am but I’m pumped no matter what time I wake. I just blast music to get my day started and I feel great. Im definitely more of a night owl and like to stay up til like 5am. But i have to force myself to sleep before 1am on work nights

  negotiated with it... five to six hours of rest, rather than deep sleep
  
  but... I also think that most of it just happened ¨naturally¨ in my brain, things adjusted in there and then things got a bit better over the years
