Gender = biological sex, gender is not (nor was it ever) a type of mentality or personality or "how you feel". Anyone can feel or think in any way, and it does not change their gender to do so.
There are only 2 genders, male and female, and their respective sexual organs define them.
Even hermaprodites are still made up from just those 2 genders.
Male or female embryos that structurally develop into the opposite sex during gestation, are still only comprised of 2 genders (though more one than another, and superficially just one, while functionally neither, so technically these people are genderless).
Humans are not gender fluid after birth, you cannot switch between genders like certain fish or frogs can.
If someone answers there are two many genders they would be mathematically incorrect. If we assign numerical values to the genders, such that 0=male, 1=female then the number of combinations is 2*2, genders. 00,01,10,11. We also account for null, so there are only five possible genders.

There is not a determined number of genders though. The ones I know are trans, man, women, nb, genderfluid, agender, demi girl/boy. Prob more I don't know but things like cake gender are just made up and devalue others.
I don't have the time or patience for 57 genders, nor do I think that identifying yourself in a certain way means you get to be a specific non-binary gender. Scientists estimate that One in 500 men "may carry an extra X or Y chromosome". So if that's true, they'd be the only "truly" non-binaries, wouldn't they? Everyone else is still XX or XY, no matter how you identify or what your sexual proclivities are.

uhhh no it's not, according to the CDC monkey pox is in the same viral family as Chicken pox and is transmitted very similarly. HIV is not exclusively a homosexual disease. HIV can affect anyone regardless of sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, gender, age, or where they live.
