Explain why.
I don't support Money's Theory (gender is ONLY a social construct), but I do believe that one's is far more telling than their genitals or chromosomes. When your brain is female and your body is male, it doesn't matter how much you try to repress yourself, you won't feel happy. And for some people, distancing themselves from male or female is a coping mechanism or simply how their body and/or brain is wired to want to achieve. Trans people aren't mentally ill BECAUSE they are trans, either. That "diagnosis" is actually considered to be medical abuse by the APA and WHO. What happens is their brain is the correct gender and the body isn't and it results in gender dysphoria, which is the disorder. Also, can we all stop calling people born with mixed parts "hermaphrodites"? The proper and less degrading term is called "intersex".

Gender is a spectrum onto which the vast majority of people fall closer to one side than the other, most often falling closer to the side that correlates most strongly with their assigned sex at birth, sometimes falling closer to the opposite side from their assign sex at birth, sometimes falling somewhere around the middle, and sometimes shifting throughout their lives across the spectrum.
I don't think gender is the stark black and white concept that we tend to simplify it to, but those simplifications do serve a purpose. It is a short cut that allows us to make quick assumptions about people from how they present themselves. As long as we don't try to force people to fit our assumptions and we respect people's ability to choose how they present and identify themselves, no harm done.
3 genders obviously
-Male
-Female

BOOYAHH!!
Gender, unlike sexuality, is genetic.
The gender of a person is defined by the chromosomes X and Y.
Females typically have two of the same kind of sex chromosome (XX), and are called the homogametic sex. Males typically have two distinct sex chromosomes (XY) and are called the heterogametic sex.
Exceptions to these generalisations happen in the cases of XX males or XY females, or other syndromes.
BUT EVEN IN THOSE EXCEPTIONS, THE PERSON IS MALE OR FEMALE. NOT SOME WEIRD THIRD THING.
This system is in contrast with the ZW sex-determination system found in birds, some insects, many reptiles, and other animals, in which the heterogametic sex is female.
Among humans? Two. Why? Because biology. Any other is a genetic abnormality or a mental illness.

How Many Genders Are There?
This is a question that has been asked throughout history, and the answer is still not clear.
There are many different opinions on this topic, and it is still a matter of debate:
- The most common belief is that there are two genders, male and female.
- However, there are also those who believe that there are more than two genders. The term “genderqueer” is used to describe people who do not identify as either male or female.
There is no definitive answer to this question, and it is likely that the number of genders will continue to be a matter of debate. However, it is important to remember that everyone has the right to identify as whatever gender they please.
What are some different types of gender identity?
Gender identity is the gender which a person sees themselves as. This can be different from the gender a person is assigned at birth.
There are many different types of gender identity, which can be broadly divided into two categories: biological sex and gender identity.
Biological sex is the sex of a person as determined by their chromosomes. This is usually either male or female, but there are rare cases of intersex people, who have both male and female characteristics. Gender identity is the gender which a person sees themselves as. This can be different from the biological sex a person is assigned at birth.
There are many different types of gender identity, which can be broadly divided into two categories: cisgender and transgender.
- Cisgender is a term used to describe people who identify with the gender they were assigned at birth. For example, if a person is assigned female at birth and identifies as a woman, she is cisgender.
- Transgender is a term used to describe people who do not identify with the gender they were assigned at birth. For example, if a person is assigned male at birth and identifies as a woman, she is transgender.
There are many different types of transgender identities, which can be broadly divided into two categories: non-binary and binary.
- Non-binary is a term used to describe people who do not identify as either male or female. For example, if a person is assigned male at birth and identifies as neither a man nor a woman, they are non-binary.
- Binary is a term used to describe people who identify as either male or female. For example, if a person is assigned female at birth and identifies as a woman, they are binary.
Gender identity is a complex and personal thing, and there are many different types of gender identity. What is important is that people are able to identify as the gender they feel most comfortable with, regardless of their biological sex.

Regardless of what special snowflakes what to believe
you are a male or a female. If you have gender dysphoria then you are a male who thinks he is a woman or a woman who thinks she is a man.
If you are a man who has surgery to look like a woman, you are still a man. You just have your penis rammed up inside you and have fake boobs. Your cellular make up is still XY. NOTHING will change that.
There is no undecided. You don't pick your gender, your race, or your age, etc.
You can claim to be black if you were born white. But you are still white. Same rule applies.Genders only 2
Proof we are mammals creatures and look around in scientific terms there is only 2 genders for mammals even if they do bisexual stuff they still call them female and maleThe 3rd is only a hybrid based on physical "ambiguity". There is no name for it. However, all that crap about "oh I feel like a man in a girl's body" or vice versa is bull crap. That is a psychological illness.
We as a society have 2 but we don't really understand gender biological speaking it may be possible to be born without or a completely different gender or something in between. Most people are born with one gender and many other traits that influence how the person will be in the end.
So stop worrying about how many there are just enjoy your life. Two with the rare third hermaphrodite. I think most people who say there are 60+ genders are mixing up gender and sexuality.
Two. In the extremely rare cases 3 since I've seen record cases of hermaphrodites. Regardless anything else is a mental disorder.
Just 2, male or female. Whatever they are physically born as.
2. While I do believe gender is different from sex, and therefore you can identify as either, it's still one or the other.
I think all this "demi-girl gender fluid" nonsense is due to a large group of young adults that have trouble fitting in, or that just like they need attention, so they make up their own little label so they can feel special, and feel like they have some sort of unique identity.2
There are hermaphrodites that have both of those... but there are still only two genders.Aside from males and females there is also hermaphrodite, apache helicopter and undecided gender.
I think you can be, say, a more feminine man or a more masculine woman, but there are still two genders. If there were more than two, then it would necessarily follow that an infinite number of genders exist, as many people who advocate for non-binary genders base their definition on personal identity and emotions.
Male= sperm
Female= egg
Every species except a few like seahorses are male and female. Only those 2 when mating can spawn, procreate, breed and even simpler make babies.
Only science and mainstream society state there are more than 2 genders.only 2, I don't think tranny is it's own gender, I tho k if ur trans ur still a guy or girl. plus it seems like it would be offensive to them to give trannies their own gender. this gender shit is b. s. it's not complicated lmao
The one with the dick and the other with the vagina
See, the correct answer is: It doesn't matter.
To the people truly adamant about there being only two: Why do you feel the need to police other people's lives?2 but the human body was differant before.. than now
two, but some men are more feminine than they are masculine, some women are more masculine than they are feminine and some people are an equilibrated mix of both
2 cuz fuck thoes weird people that says there are 100+
2, and you can't change.
