I think doing something outside would be a good idea if covid numbers are high where you are (they are high where I am), so outdoor events seem to make people feel more comfortable. Other than that, it really depends on what you want to do. I see some good suggestions here, like bowling, or movie, or sporting event, but yeah, just depends on what you think will be fun! 🙂

we all did an escape room on my friend's 15th birthday - it was meant to be for his 14th but covid kind of exists

You guys could do a sport activity somewhere like bowling, skating etc. Maybe go to the mall, movies, arcade, or anything you would be interested in.

Depending on where you live, it can just be going to the mall, or a park, movies, or setting up a picnic. An arcade, them park not sure what else but that's just some ideas

That's true but yours can be bowling and something else. Roller skating, ice skating, dinner and a movie, sleepover those are fun. DIY canvas painting. Theme party where everyone dresses up the same or everyone brings a type of food with their given color like on tiktok people are assigned a certain color and they can only bring food or boxes with that color
