Would I be making enough?

I want to move and get my own apartment. The max I'm willing to spend on rent is 750. I work part time right now but I’m going to try and work full time. I make $15/hr. I also own a cat and spend about 80 bucks a month on him. I don’t own a car yet so I’m not paying for car insurance or gas yet. I plan on getting a car once I get my license though. Would I be making enough to get an apartment?

If you work full time you should be able to afford a $750 apartment, but it also depends on how much you actually get after taxes and other deductions. Don't forget to include food, utilities, cell phone, transportation, entertainment, etc. in your calculation.

Yea I’m assuming I’m paying like 120 a month at most on internet and streaming services, I don’t pay my phone bill yet, I’m aiming to find a place that covers the utilities. I’m just unsure about if it will be enough cuz my job has cut hours before and I’m only able to get more because most of the workers are going back to school

Also don't forget clothing and there are always unexpected expenses.
If you have the option of living with your parents for less than $750 a month you may want to consider not moving out, or starting with a roommate.

It's a very simple math equation, How much you were paid hourly times the number of hours worked equals your gross income subtract taxes, social Security etc. $15 an hour times 20 hours equals $300 minus probably $80 in taxes so now you have $220 to spend per week. Basically $200 a week needs to go towards your rent. That leaves you $20 a week to buy groceries, transportation, your phone etc

It should be doable if you budget / live within your means. You will likely struggle to start out with, but anything worth having usually does take hard work and effort.

What kind of hellhole are you living in that you’re paying less than $400 on a mortgage?

Your housing should be no more than 1/3 of your gross monthly income. It will be tight but doable. But you must work 40 hrs a week.

I was going to do that the apartment I want has rent as low as 650(if I want more than 450 square feet) it would be a 1 bed/1 bath, they cover water, sewage and trash removal and it’s total electric.

I can't answer that because I don't know what things cost where you live. I can tell you I can say it's not enough money because things are relative. Meaning if it's not enough here it would not be enough there either
