Does the thought of other intelligent life existing somewhere in the galaxy intrigue or scare you?

The two are not mutually exclusive. The prevailing theory suggests that there must be life elsewhere in the universe. So i’m not intrigued like “what if there’s life out there?”. I’m intrigued like, “What might life from somewhere else look like?”.
Given mankind’s tendency to deal with discoveries violently, i’d be more afraid FOR extraterrestrials than afraid OF them. Ell oh ell!

You ever watched The Thing, Invasion of the body snatchers, or any sci-fi horror? If there is intelligent life out there, I'd kinda not wanna find them (or them find us.)
