Do you believe in intelligent extraterrestrial life?

With all this balloon commotion, there were questions raised if it could all be from extraterrestrials.

I don't believe we've ever been contacted from alien life; if we had, I don't believe there would be a way for any government to hide it. The fact that we haven't, in my opinion, is one of the best arguments for creationism.

If the earth and all living things just happened, it would be highly unlikely it was only our planet, in this solar system. Therefore one would have to reason there were other intelligent life forms on other planets. Statistics teach us that the probability of us being the most advanced or least advanced would be extremely unlikely. The laws of probability would place our advancement half way. We are already traveling and exploring other planets within our solar system. It won't be long before we're able to travel to other solar systems -- maybe not with manned spaceships, but certainly with robots and probes.

So what does this mean to us? Because other intelligent life has not contacted us, it would suggest there is none that can. This suggests that we are more unique and, possibly, the only ones. This, then, suggests our existence is not happenstance but rather unique and, more likely, created.
