What’s the last thing that embarrassed you?

I put my hand into a spiderweb last night. Normally it wouldn’t bother me but the strength was strong and the thought of black widows struck me. I pulled back and rubbed both sides of my hand roughly on my leg. Then stomped my feet in case anything was on the ground.
The man with me was watching.
“Spider web.” I said.
He kept a straight face and then laughed. “Earlier today I went to change a tire in the mountains. Bent down and there was a rattlesnake wrapped around the top of the tire staring into my face. Oh hell no I was out of there!” 😱

So my embarrassment was lifted by his better story. Great guy. : )

I flashed people coming out of the office on Tuesday evening, wearing a skirt and a gust of wind blew up the back, wearing a thong and a load of guys behind me 🤭

Not really embarrassing but earlier today, I ran into this girl who I was somewhat friends with in high school and used to work with (really nice girl) and when she was trying to stop me to ask how I've been, it didn't register that she was talking to me until I heard her say "ok then.." I just completely ignored her and it's bothered me since. I'm just accidentally an asshole all of the time 😟

That my school choose the valedictorian to say the graduation speech instead of what I turned because I was supposed to say it but they later said to me it was because it was violent. The speech was called Our Self Image Vs. Our Social Media Feed... I stood up and they called the Valedictorian’s name... I was in shock.

I don’t get embarrassed because I’m obsessively religious. I think the last time I was embarrassed was 3 years ago when I forgot my name tag at work and knew I would get yelled at if I told the boss I needed a new name tag.
