They get more attractive or women get less attractive, maybe both. I know I my dating prospects have increased exponentially as I've gotten older when conversely they were non existent when I was younger. But that might have more to do with the fact that financially I'm so much better off now. Who can say for sure what the reason is.

Men's facial features often get more masculine looking as they age. So if they are the type to exercise and not do drugs/alcohol, yes they will look better. It depends on their genes too though. Some people have better genes than others. Some people can be 70 and not go bald, while others in their mid 20s start going bald.
