When someone gets touchy who either doesn't do that usually or at a bad time. You know you have touchy friends or family members, all good. But there are people who never hug or anything and you don't like them, but suddenly they try to do it after pissing you off and I'm just like "don't touch me"

People that think they're funny but aren't. We all know the type. They constantly say stupid things that only they find funny and are the only ones that laugh. Not only is it awkward but I feel embarrassed for them.
