Do you have a favorite breed of dog?

I got no pets right now but MAN I love me a dog with short fur, big flat head, and floppy ears. Pitbull is a perfect example. Don't like me no small yippy yappy dogs. How about you?

Im afraid of animals, especially cats and dogs, but I can admit that I find full grown Siberian Huskys beautiful. And i find pup pit/lab mixed breed and pup lab/rottweiler mixed breed to be the most adorable. But I’m still afraid of em all haha. Our former pets Nigel, Diamond and Blue were half lab, half pit. The stray DJ I formerly took in was presumably half lab, half rot. I’m most creeped out by chihuahas, bull dogs, full pits, full rotts, paillon, doberman, chinese crested dog, pomeranians, german shephard, great danes, and pugs. I dont want to live with pets ever again tbh because Im often running from em. But if i was forced too (like through someone Inwas dating), I’d prefer it be one of the two pups below and they’d have to live in a nice A/C house outside of the main house

I love chihuahuas and pitbulls haha my chihuahua is not yappy. He's just as well trained as any big dog. 🥰

Finnish Spitz. It's like a bigger, "guy" version of the Shiba Inu. Grandfather had them all through my childhood, so that's probably the reason why it's my favorite despite having a German Pointer, Labrador, Cockerspanieli, and Portuguese Water Dog in my greater family too.

Great family dogs and guard dogs but they’re sweethearts my pa when I was little and he would go hunting he would take his blue ticks

those were some pretty cool dogs too but pa would say “ Those dogs are for hunting don’t play with em” ☹️

I like Scottish Terriers, small dog frame big dog mindset. Smart and fun, ideal for city life. I would consider a bigger dog if I lived rural or needed it for security beyond just the usual barking.

I'm also fond of several kinds of hunting and sheep herding dogs.

French bulldogs, dachshunds, golden doodles of the mini variety. It’s crazy cuz I love cats a lot more and would chose one over any dog except the dachshund but I don’t have any specific cat breed in mind…

Currently have a South African Mastiff and a great dane. I wouldn't say I have a favorite breed. But I'm just like you. And I don't want no yippee yappy little bitch or bastard

Basset-hounds, tempered and friendly can be alone or with other dogs, perfect for families. Plus they look really goofy.

Most of the time. But they can be very protective. Our first, Aries, actually got between me and my mother a couple of times while she was trying to beat my butt. He also straight up mauled the neighbors’ two dogs by himself when they came into our yard uninvited. The only reason i have for trying to get into Heaven is the hope of seeing him again.
