  The only good thing that came out of that was that my Mentors learned to go with Boy's numbers and methodology. In retrospect, it was a Safe test... better them be wrong than me !!! That's why they are Mentors..

  Yes, as they let me do things, coordinate, organize, and risk manage etc, THAT I should not be allowed to do. 30 minutes look and sign off.
