I think sometimes it is. Relationships wise if someone makes it known they are done with you and they block you and even change their mobile number, I do feel the decision is final.

Work wise I say no not always the decision is final

You can't change an injury. You can't cheat and then be a non-cheater. You can't be 29 and then be 22.

No, sometimes you can change your mind but mostly you make your bed, you should expect to lie in it for at least a while.
