But if you're not even 30 and I think someone even 40 years old is still young...

You can still do anything, don't let age affect you, I've had the problem of feeling old at 18 because I can't be 16 again but with reflection I've been assimilating it and age doesn't matter.

I'm 32 years old... and I do play sports on the field with 22 year olds and even some who are 16 to 18

their " youth" does not matter to me, lol... I can still keep up with all of them

so youth can be quite relative
