How do you typically feel when in large crowds?

I am normally not comfortable with large crowds at all. One reason why I don't go to rock concerts. And also looking back to when I was choosing a college to go to, I chose one that was away from the large metro areas.

Strangers - “There’s so many people here, and none of them will even notice me. So many potential friendships I will never make.”
Family - “I know everyone here, but still don’t know what to say to them or do together with them no matter how similar we are.”

I feel anxious. I live in a quiet town so I'm not used to see lots of people walking around at the same time.

It really depends. If Im surrounded men, I'll get anxious. If it's women I'm way more comfortable.

I rarely feel relaxed, but usually anxious constantly. I've leaned to just roll with it. Took a long fucking time!
