+1 yI'm smart so jewellery and that isn't even because I'm in the business but the liquidity of gold and to fill my own collection out
Houses have taxes and upkeep even if you place them up for sale
Cars and electronics are losing value the moment they are bought
Food well where do you store it in such quantities
Clothes/shoes last year my clothes budget was £500, I could be clothed for the next millennium on that plus the dreaded storage again
Vacation bundles I just don't travel and have no plans to really11 Reply- +1 y
Wow someone who travels even less than me

+1 yIf it isn't specifically all at once, then i would want food, i would never really have to pay for any of it again, and that would make things a lot easier for my family and friends as well. But if it had to be all at once, i would say clothing probably, sure i would eventually grow out of it, but i dont have many outfits currently and it would help, and i could get clothing of all sizes so i never fully grow out of it all. And when i do then i can donate the clothing, or sell some of it.

+1 yHard to choose, I want a combination of D, E, and F. Lol everything else isn't really needed. I only need one car, as long as it can get me from point a to point b, im fine. I don't wear a lot jewelry, just earrings and usually get them from shein cause they are cheap. I like clothes, but not a huge clothes shopper and there isn't a whole lot of clothing I like these days. I don't need a whole bunch of tech, computer and phone are enough. Only thing I would do I maybe update my graphics card. But having a hone would be really nice for my daughter.
11 Reply- +1 y
Yes think about the children :)
+1 yDepends how I was given these things. Cars I'd immediately turn around to sell for money. But buy one decked out bus and travel the entire planet cuz this thing got wings and turns into a boat. I'd also pick a hundred people I could help off the streets completely. And pretty much anything I was given I'd just sell and turn into my magic school bus. It also has ejector seats with parachutes and a dope tank looking digital window to look out of. It's ready for war as well as spa day. Jacuzzi/bath in the back. About the size a of an 18 wheeler. Might need a few more mil for it though.
11 Reply- +1 y
Wow helping people on the streets is really sweet
+1 yHomes. Home for me represents comfort and safety. You can sleep in a car but not the same comfort of leg stretch. Also I can still rent a hone as a source of ONGOING income. mz it is the biggest earning potential.
Transport is nice to have but I'm not a fan nor driving anyway, you could rent the vehicle, sure, but again not as valuable to me in terms of gain and comfort.
11 Reply- +1 y
But you still have your current home. The millions is just an option to get a new or extra one

u +1 yat the moment... and since it is just one million dollars, I would take the jewelry
but only if it is those big gold chains that are nothing but gold, ALL gold and I would melt them all as soon as I get them33 Reply- +1 y
We know
- +1 y
how many... how is we, lmao
- +1 y
Many. We walk this earth in many shapes and forms
+1 yFood from the grocery store is my 1st choice so I can stock up and give. Clothes/shoes is my 2nd choice. House/Apartment is my 3rd choice but the condo/penthouse not so much. Don’t have my license so no to cars. I just want to travel all of the world. I never been a fan of jewelry. The closest thing that I would ever wear is a watch. No chains or whatever other jewelry there is
22 Reply- +1 y
Not really interested in the high tech gear
- +1 y
I dont like driving either but i can still be chauffeured lol

+1 yI chose A. If I were legit offered these choices I'd have to look into the tax situation of all choices. One time tax vs reoccurring tax etc. Lowest amount of taxes owed. You could legit go bankrupt or end up in jail for tax evasion on gifts because the tax burden far exceeds your annual income. Price is Right is an example. Seems great to win 100k worth of prizes when you are down on your luck, that is until Uncle Sam says I need 30k in taxes.
11 Reply- +1 y
Wow now that i didn't think of
So, my heart wanted me to pick cars but the jewelery will hold its value the best I think and/or be less volatile.
But I'd really just like gold.
Though the beer and bacon option sounded pretty good too!11 Reply- +1 y
Go with your heart lol… you can always keep working and then think more logically with those earnings haha
If it's not food, then something I can sell.. Maybe even try and increase it's value and then sell it!.. A lot of people mentioned Real Estate.. That could work.. I don't know much about Real Estate though.. So probably some tech.. I wannabe a Web Developer anyways, so I could get $1 million dollars worth of tech and see what happens with that.
10 ReplyReal estate and its not close. The only stable investing opportunity that will make me money over time
Besides I could rent it out for extra money to milk it. With the others its just a flat 1 mil or even less if prices go down not much opportunity to make more money.10 Reply- 312 opinions shared on Other topic.
+1 yProbably house so I can bulid my dream house, that honestly sounds like a dream.
Plus, if I ask for anything else, my siblings will just eventually take it from me lol.
15 Reply- +1 y
Right i just wanna build my dream house
- +1 y
Honestly, I bet your dream house would be beautiful, you have good taste in things.
- +1 y
Its beautiful but simple yet elegant haha. 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage but giant open floor plan living room/kitchen. Feels art gallery meets huge college hangout. can't wait to build it
- +1 y
That sounds so cool, elegant indeed lol. Would you actually decorate with some paintings too though?
- +1 y
Yea i intend to have a gallery room, museum style
I would take that house. But i can also opt for jewellery, so that i would sell it for money and buy a small condo, car, high tech gear and obviously clothes.
13 Reply- +1 y
Dont get greedy lol
Where I live 1 million will get you either 1 nice house or 2 run down houses lol, but I'd still take them and rent them out or reno and flip them.

+1 yI would take the homes/apartments/houses because that way I can at least rent them out and make passive income.
12 Reply- +1 y

I do too, but I live in a house, guests sleep in apartments. Problem solved 👍

11 Reply- +1 y
Yea it would be nice to have vacation homes here and there
400 opinions shared on Other topic. Homes is the better investment and likely to increase in value. As soon as you were jewellery and drive cars the value decreases unless its one of a kind.
15 Reply- +1 y
I know i should care more about calue and investments but when i own something, i cherish it and wouldn't just give it up for “more money”
- +1 y
I drop mine on my fave so many times 😂
+1 yi'm a computer & video game person so i would have $500,000 in computer stuff then $500,000 in video game items.
but i think having $1 million dollars in property would be smater to have as you can buy sell & rent property.

+1 yDefinitely homes. They almost always tend to go up in value if held long enough
11 Reply- +1 y
Yea prob a good investment but i honestly have no intentions of ever selling a home that i build
- 1.6K opinions shared on Other topic.
+1 yThe way the market is I'd take the homes. I'd get houses that need some work cheap. Put some money into them and sell them all. The houses I bought for a million dollars would sell for well over that
11 Reply- +1 y
Probably
Super easy Diz--take the real estate. It's basically the next best thing on that list to getting cash.

+1 yThe “precious” minerals and gems of jewelry consistently hold their value better than everything else on this list, it’s not taxed annually and it takes up very little space by value. Easy choice.

+1 yA million dollars worth of food can basically last a life time and generations
11 Reply- +1 y

A full grocery trip for our family at Costco even before the ‘Rona price hikes was $200, so it’d save us a lot.

Yea i drop $300+ every 2 weeks (before inflation)

+1 yHomes (HousesApartments/Condos/Penthouses)
10 ReplyA home. I need a place to live and it goes up in value whereas the rest goes down and it will give security to my future children too.

+1 yIf I could make money off of it, I'd go with jewellery, but if not, I'll go with homes, like at least having my own place to stay.

You get a million dollars worth until youve used it up
+1 yHomes, then I could sell all of them and become a multi millionaire

Probably
I would have myself a bunch of apartments or houses, which I could rent out for steady income, and sell in the future as property prices increase.

+1 yI'd take D-Homes etc. cuz you can easily sell them and turn them into money for the bank account.
10 Reply 16.6K opinions shared on Other topic. It'd be something with monetary value that I could sell for cash in order to get the million dollars cash money.

+1 yI'd say houses, since its the most valuable here right now. Second would be jewelry (gold). Both dont loose value
10 Reply On this list, the real estate. Overall, precious metals, especially with the printaholics in the government
10 ReplyLikely an asset such as Bitcoin or Real Estate.
10 ReplyI chose homes. I can airbnb those suckers out. And with that money I can buy everything else on the list
